The 140m² penthouse apartment was renovated and converted into an office space. Clear, harmonious structures of the rooms were the focus of the planning. A new opening annex was added to extend the offices as a meeting room. The central element of the new office includes the existing core with team kitchen and restrooms. This core is reinforced and concealed by a surrounding storage element. A friendly atmosphere was created by the selection of natural materials with partial acoustic effect in ceiling and wall cladding. The colorful accents of the storage space element provide additional freshness and variety.
