As part of a comprehensive renovation, a holistic interior concept was created, defined by clean lines and a finely balanced interplay of color, material, and light. Almost all existing walls were removed and replaced with custom-built furniture elements that seamlessly integrate versatile functions such as a sauna and a fold-out guest bed. An efficient spatial layout and the deliberate use of sightlines and openings create a generous, transparent flow of space. Upon entering, the apartment opens up to a light-filled interior, drawing the eye effortlessly toward the outside. At the same time, the floor plan is clearly structured into private and public zones. The result is an open and elegant living environment that blends architectural precision with lightness, warmth, and a sense of home.
